The hotel's decoration is elegant and charming, with beautiful furnishings and tasteful decor throughout. The general areas of the hotel, such as the lounge and dining areas, are comfortable and inviting. The hotel is also easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available for those who may have difficulty with stairs.
I would have preferred if the children working there were more knowledgeable about local attractions and could provide better recommendations for senior-friendly activities.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel facilities were fantastic - the beach is right in front of the hotel and the garden area is amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was impeccable. We also appreciated the parking and the location near the beach.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the Mediterranean in the small town of Diana Marina on the Italian Riviera. The desk staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Large rooms with spectacular views, secure parking, walk to everything. Best breakfast in 3 weeks in Europe. Would highly recommend it. Bob and Pat McNamara Virginia, usa

Our recent family stay was amazing! Located on the sea front with no traffic noise, the hotel was close to the historic village of Cervo and within 10 minutes walk to many restaurants. Our room was excellent with a partial sea view, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a choice of pillows in the wardrobe. Service is fantastic, staff are lovely and the breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the clean and refreshing pools.
The private beach area didn't meet our expectations.

The pool an the olive garden are perfect place to relax and hang around if you do not want spend the time on the stony beach, which is not very nice anyway
The deck chairs offered free of charge ate the beach are in the last row or at the busy corner. For sunbathing beds, you have to pay additional 13 EUR. The restaurant was bit too expensive for what you get. There are plenty of nice small italian restaurant in the cityst 10 min walk away.

A beautiful spot for seaside relaxation. The hotel was surrounded by an olive tree garden and had two large and enjoyable swimming pools. An amazing view from the terrace offered the perfect spot for an aperitif or drink. The warm feeling inside the room and the view from the small rooftop terrace were delightful.
The hotel was situated far away from the town and it took a good 15-20 minutes to reach the centre of town. The accommodation was somewhat pricey for the lack of charm and distance from the town, offering no real advantages.

This hotel excels in the pictures published on Booked.net, they are so skillfully Photoshopped and reach perfection in masking the less charming surroundings in reality. With the exception of the attic floor, rooms are like an older decent business hotel, good and clean. The hotel's buffet breakfast is fine.
The hotel seems to us to be a Half-board Formula factory. Balconies offer no privacy. The sea is visible but you can smell your neighbors at the same time. Rooms in the attic are a nightmare. The noise produced by the air-con devices can compete with the sounds of an ocean steamer. Attic room balconies have 60 cm width by 2 m depth: standing you can watch over the surrounding roofs; sitting you cannot stretch your legs. There are not 4 restaurants in the hotel as claimed by the hotel on Booked.net, but there is only one in actual practice, referred to as "The Restaurant" when one checks in. "The Restaurant" is an interesting place: it offers a salad buffet for Half-Board guests only and a dessert buffet on display. It is forbidden to approach the desserts shown though. For fear of guests taking too much or even a second go, the waiters take care of serving you from the buffet on request. "The Restaurant" contains mainly guests taking their prepaid Half-board choices. A la carte seems unusual and compared to the Half-board formula a la carte prices are steep. If in a family of four each person orders French fries to go with the ordered steaks, add 24 euro to the bill, vegies to come with them? Another such price supplement. Much better to find a charming Michelin star place for that kind of money than to take a la carte dinner in this mass tourism environment.

Do not ever use the parking that they recommend - it is not save and very expensive!

The hotel had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere with two large swimming pools. The breakfast on the terrace offered a nice view and was really good. The hotel was situated close to the city center, only a 15-20 minute walk away.
The rooms were not properly maintained and were quite dirty. The air conditioning system was not functional and we had to argue with the staff for days before it was fixed. The management also seemed to give preference to certain guests, making us feel undervalued and ignored. our stay was quite disappointing and we would not recommend it.

Great pool! Beach - nice. Servms on the beach - excellent.
I would like the staff was more friendly. By the pool - a bad WI - FI and not enough toilets at the pool. We have to go to the hotel. Uncomfortable resting on the beach, convenient travel to the hotel.

Beautiful sandy beach, good sandy access into the sea. You don't need to get up early in the morning to have an umbrella and chairs - it's free and guy in duty for the beach was always friendly, but if you want a bed instead a chair - be prepared to pay 9 euros per day. A 10-min way walking to the city centre ( Diano marina) is rather pleasant along the Kennedy street. In other direction in 40-min walking along the wide seaside embankment under shadows of palms there is a magnificient town of Chervo. Rather good (for Italy) breakfast with variety of fruit, weineries, cheese, bacon, sausages but without vegetables at all - no tomatos no salad. Great sea view terrace is covered for breakfast so we enjoyed with meal and food. The restorant stuff were nice and helpfull/
Our room was very noisy because of every morning coming dust-cart at 7.00, it was with lateral sea view and we can enjoy by the sound of waves, but for a night we had to close a balcony and enjoy by very noisy airconditioning. The receptionists there looked like very busy persons except for a young lady who was very helpful.

Superb restaurant. Excellent service. Special diet menu was not a problem. Once you tell you need gluten free meals, they remembered it every time you were eating there. You have plenty of choices in gluten free meals. And the food was so good.
